If you have a tight budget and want to know exactly how much a website is going to cost then our small business website packages are ideal.
There are no ongoing costs with the Standard and Business package sites other than the web hosting, which is free for the first 12 months. Once the website has been paid for you are not tied to us so you can host elsewhere if you wish.
With the Premium sites the CMS will require some ongoing maintenance of the software and any plugins. We offer a combined web hosting and maintenance monthly fee. Please get in touch for more information.
Following publication of your website, we are always on hand should you want to make further amendments. Work is carried out on an hourly rate basis (£50 per hour plus VAT) with a minimum fee of £25.00 +VAT. We can give you an estimate of the cost beforehand if needed.
You can view the existing template examples below and these can be customised in terms of colour scheme, font and your own logo, text and images.
We are available to carry out any work on the website following publication. This includes the CMS site should you find yourself short of time or prefer that we make some of the changes. This work will be charged at our hourly rate of £50 per hour +VAT (minimum fee is £25.00 +VAT).
* Hosting includes the registration of a single .co.uk or .uk domain. Other suffixes and additional domains can be purchased (if needed) for an additional cost.
**The CMS (content management system) used would be MODX which is an easy to use, open source content management system and this option will come with a customised manual that details how you make changes. We do recommend annual maintenance for any CMS sites to keep the software up to date. This helps avoid the site being hacked.
Most web hosts and web design agencies only offer a free domain for the first year, we include ongoing domain renewals FREE for as long as you host the website and domain with us.
After the initial 12 months the annual cost of our basic hosting is £119.88 including VAT (equivalent to £9.99 per month) which is payable in advance. This includes an SSL certificate to encrypt your website which is essential to ensure it is ranked well by Google and is not flagged as being “unsafe”.
You are also free to move the website to another web host should you wish, although in that case you would also need to move the domain hosting.
You are not tied to our services, although we hope you will stay as we feel we offer good value for money.
