The Design Process
A brief outline of our design process.
- You (the client) contact us with an outline of your requirements by email or telephone
- We will contact you with a quotation based on this outline. We can also meet to discuss in person where possible and if preferred.
- If you are happy with the quotation we will proceed with the following:
- We supply the project contract, which just needs signing and sending back to us
- Once we receive back the signed contract and deposit, we register any domain names you require*
- We set up a web hosting account if required
- We then proceed with production of initial design / layout concepts which you can view online
- Once you are happy with the design concept, we will code the backend of the site
- Once the coded site has been completed we will ask you to review it and inform us of any amendments
- When you are happy that the site is complete we will invoice you for the remaining fee and on receipt of payment we will transfer the files to your web hosting account** in order to publish the site to the public
- As we also include basic search engine optimisation for all of the sites we develop we will then register the site with all the major search engines (Google, MSN, AOL) plus web directories such as Yahoo
* Note that for first-time clients a deposit may be required prior to the project commencing.
** We require payment in full before the website files are published to the live site.
