"Repeat" business is something we take just as seriously as new projects. FCG have been a client of ours for a few years now, but recently required some anhancements to their online presence which involved embedding promotional video clips within their site.
We provided them with the ability to present high-quality Flash video content on their site- no having to download the video files, no waiting for them to start- we thus ensured that users with an interest in the promotional material were "captured" and presented with the information without having to wait.
Additionally we ensured that FCG's web hosting was able to cope with the increase in space and bandwidth requirements by pro-actively monitoring usage and suggesting an appropriate upgrade.
